Just conveniently Strategic not to be able to ship out Copper for 3 months? when market prices aren't great and demand is building and processing costs are falling,leading to greater Nett Smelter Return in the future on the said concentrate.
They need a good next QTR to pay some of the Federation development costs.

If they could have sent both the Copper and Sold the Gold held back the question is the END of March $14m value???????
Better with the money in the bank or be easily worth more today with the goods sold next month at considerably higher prices compared to the shitty bank interest to be had on it.

You could always work back the figures from stockpile tonnage if you want a better idea on the strategic value of the stock situation and its increased value to date.
