At the low end, that would mean AMI has net assets of $470 million, with the top estimates being around $630 million, that would suggest that AMI would easily have a real value between 40c and 50c a share.
AMI can easily liquidate the $8 million debt it recorded in December 2023 with available cash reserves and still be in an incredibly comfortable position. In a high interest rate environment like the one we are in currently, this is a tremedous benefit for our business.
