Yes you are right and I am wrong.

Brazil Farming was the 8th largest shareholder in 2020 with 8 million shares (0.79%) and the 7th largest shareholder in 2022 with 32 million shares (2.59%). He participated in the equity raise for Dargues at the end of 2020 which is what I was thinking of, and I should have of clarified he did of course buy the largest amount of shares as a sub-underwriter and on-market buyer mid last year that subsequently raised his combined stake to 19% with 319.3 million shares. He has indeed bought the majority of he shares sub 20.

Thanks KKR - appreciate the response and tone. Not enough of respectful back and forth and informing each other on HC.

I decided to go back and this is what i have come up. Holding ~18.9% at an average of 10.7c.
