1328 [Dow Jones] S&P/ASX 200 down 47.3 points, or 1.2%, at 4035 points, but
tight 8 point range since weak opening driven by further U.S. equity weakness
and soft commodity prices. Broker thinks market also "anticipating what might
happen tonight" in U.S. after weak IBM earnings post market close. Adds that
stop loss and margin call selling exacerbating falls, with "slightly softer
bias" for afternoon session likely as corporate newsflow weak in "reasonably
