Not many shares were for sale at 30-40c range before the drop. All part of SP manipulation taking it down to 15c so when it recovers to 30c hoping more people want to sell at that price. All part of the game. Going into phase3 after successful phase2 should be demanding a premium yet it went down by half. Makes zero sense.
