No idea what a jorc is but I'm assuming it's some form of ann that would give speculators confidence.
I'v not the time or knowledge to research thoroughly before I buy, reading HC threads and looking at the price chart is about as far as I can go for the moment.
Not the best investment strategy I am aware, but that's gotta be better than no strategy right?
