Just watched a live interview with Gina Lopez .......they the miners were asked in July August to show cause as to why they are not closed down .....so maybe these mines are now closed ...any court action will be to reopen ..
over 4 million shares short traded on WSA on Thursday....normally around 500,000 to 1 million on any normal day...
