not sure if legalising weed is on Biden's priority list at the moment. I think getting them daily Covid numbers down <5000 is more priority, so getting them vaccines rolled out and administered. Omce that is controlled then we will see some news regarding legislation.
what we want to see in the meantime is those POs keep coming on a regular basis big or small it don't matter as long as the cash flow will be available. Then we will see some bigger POs come in and stocks like ROO may also start to look positive again.

In my guess probably in about 6 months while majority of the nation is vaccinated
