I have seen plenty of CR's and normally what happens is a price is determined and broking houses will ramp it up to that, then the sells come after. Just got to wait for the CR price now IMO.
I followed FMS some years ago, they were around 6c a share, ran to 18c, then CR happened, then fell back to 8c over time. I imagine we would see some SP appreciation pre CR
