Would also love to have a crack at this around 40c. Would take profits on some of my other positions and pump the proceeds into PGM happily.

Head and shoulders - give me a break. You have to doubt the value of technical analysis on a chart where less than $40k is traded in a day. With $20k in your pocket you could move the price up and down 20%.
Even with 100% downside, the upside of Skaergaard being declared economic to mine (which, in my opinion, it will be) warrants a huge investment - the upside is impossible to measure but would run into multi-multi bagger territory.
