Lots of bad news in the short term, South Korea looking to crack down on crypto regulation and China making ICOs illegal until they can put some regulation in place. The market is correct to be selling DCC.
However, this is all short term noise. It is only 2 countries, not the entire world. Will crypto continue to grow, yes. Will ICOs continue in other countries, yes.
This is a good entry point for those taking a long term view.
