Yeah, saw it. Typical LIT announcement...announce for the sake of it with very little substance.
I think the 'Cinovec Licence' as not defined by LIT (would have been nice if they'd clarified in the announcement, right?) covers L-Max processing at Cinovec and other potential projects in Czech and Germany? Not sure, though - I'd have to go back to the original announcement to confirm. and I just can't be bothered.
Issue is between PLP and LIT; I don't see it impacting Cinovec as I expect Anzaplan to come up with a cost-effective alternative process route.
