re: back to 97c Maybe,it will be ignored...but I would not bet my money on that....the shorts look as if they will lose their money as the new announcement of Nickel results should be out and if today...watch the 70c+ happening...this stock will move pretty quick on that...as far as yesterdays announcement...Tim Treadgold in March2005 said there was no case to answer by SBM...just Moss might have some troubles....after all 2000 is a long time ago...nearly 6 years....their action is to late...but they are having a go ,as SBM is now catch rich....but we have the best lawyers with our largest shareholder and QC...so they are pushing sh.t uphill with that action...the big guns are on SBM side and they dont tolerate amateurs like Westgolds action...they will be wasting their money well and truely
