As a commissioning engineer myself, I safely say there will always be unforseen issues and these need to be allowed for in the schedule. On the surface of things, the overall wet commissioning & ramp-up schedule looks tight for a complex processing plant - but they've had plenty of time for dry commissioning and they appear to have the right people on board. The primary risk I am concerned about is not equipment breakdowns but performance of the process. Scale up from the pilot plants can present problems - but again, hopefully they have had the right people involved during design.
