    'Delayed* deals' would be more appropriate.

    *Could be flopped but MS would never admit to as much, he just puts out a fluffy announcement/BRR distracting us from what ever it is that was supposed to have happened, but didn't, and gives some blue sky hope on a new scenario that might maybe one day any minute now happen.

    Blergh. I guess it is pretty obvious what my underlying thoughts are.
