Pensador funding was always in the "final stages of negotiation" while the refinery contract is currently "conditional." Unfortunately, the company ramped their blue sky to high heaven via BRRs whilst feeding the momentum monkeys IMO in and amongst the 3Bs. Now we know why thier was so much selling pressure.

The problem I have had is that while they stated the maybes they then mad massive blue sky cases where they never truly underlined the uncertainty and broad assumptions. Pages 14/15 of their July 2008 update is a case in point.

Stating to some that an announcement will be made today is also an example of truly horrible corp transparency IMO.

She's gone IMO and the rights issue is a lone candle on the ice cream cake.
