yes it is raks - however, you can't tell me that ms didn't have any inkling of this happening - all the while, he has been selling the regular shareholder down the river by the bucket load - what were these placements for again?
whatever trust this company may have had, it surely has been highly diminished - smyth has failed miserably with his very high achievemnet bars - the question is, imo, can he even handle the lower bar levels?
