Goodluck Copy - Careful reading of the supplementary prospectus released a few days ago paints a pretty dim picture in my view.
Cash will be very tight post this financing (once debt paid out), and I suspect the pressure to take on more debt will return 2nd Half 2013.. Not good.
Better value next door in my opinion - but you never know your luck..
