    Socius held 13.05% of FPO

    Together 38.05% FPO held.

    So, 61.95% FPO is floating. Certainly it is too much of FPO under no control.

    May be that is the reason for SP going too low to change hands. Yes, it is manipulation. I may sound like a broken record...but it is manipulation.
