You know too well why and something you and everyone else was left in the dark about to it's full extent.
There is a large overhanging legal issue which puts an end to any chance of raising funds other than by further dilution. Or a JV.
GGP might have potential but useless without any cash to achieve anything other than cover monthly admin costs.
