When the GoG decided that GGG/ETM could not turn the soil with ACT 20 legislation, they literally signed a document that stated we are stealing all the money that GGG/ETM has invested in their mining operation that the GoG nurtured along for the last 16 years. To mine in our great country Greenland, GOG just says no we have changed our mine. So, this is why Clifford Chance took this on. In 2015 the GOG never said you will not be able to mine. They said you will maybe not be able to exploit uranium. They never said we (in the future) will have the ability to shut down and close all operations.
Maybe someone in the GoG might share the sacred document that gbb says exists. We know that the government officials are on this site daily. Sharing with us with their humble opinions. (Which is subject to interpretation.)
