Fundamental analysis is about to become the important gauge for buying shares. Has the company any money in the bank? has it anything to sell? is a profit on the horizon? do they pay a dividend? are management competent? All the same criteria being applied to the real estate market will be used on the share market and there will be few survivors that rise in price.
