franking credits aren’t worth enough to consider such a scheme of issuing and buying back..
just buy back as much as possible until the stock is trading at fair value. This is the best way to maximise shareholder value by a long way. No dividends, no issues, just buyback as much as possible as quickly as possible until the market cap is closer to 200M.
