Fantastic write up.
I rate CCV. I think there's lots of negatives i.e. your point about diminishing need for storefronts. But I feel like these are offset but the growth story and undervaluation. Regulatory tightening I think means short term pain for CCV but as a major operator in the Aus market i think they're best positioned for growth going forward.
The shopfronts add legitimacy and probably are used to leverage patrons into the key markets of GLA and MACC loans.
