    2 main influencing factors for dividends

    1) Probably more prudent to pay off debt first even though debt repayments are not a concern for the immediate future
    but
    2) Directors are shareholdes too and will want dividends. Especially after the juicy renumeration packages were voted down at the AGM, so they will be a little thirstier for a drink!
