What's taking the 2 teams so long to reach an agreement?
ie
1. Agree on the terms and conditions of a Joint Venture Agreement
or
2. Buy/sell the 30%.
I asked the SFR man at GC RRS about sorting this out and he more or less said that it was up to the lawyers and co to do it. I replied, but Mirren won't like that lol- no not really but ..., I said (really) but Karl would have to be involved and he gave me a nod.
TLM has the money in the bank and the shareholder support to go all the way with the JV, so that's the strong point it has in defending a weak SFR offer.
