Labors proposed NG changes are a complete joke and only panders to their political base that is full of envy. At the end of the day it will do little for to nothing for affordability - heck they are using analysis that says their changes will have negligible effect on property prices.

While investors won't be able to deduct against their personal income they will still be able to deduct against other forms of investment income so this policy only punishes those getting started out and investing in their future.
