Raising $9 million for expansion with a fairly sizeable dilution. They have shown previously that they are good buyers of businesses and can integrate them well. Offshore acquisitions will need to be synergistic and open up markets for rapid growth. I'm behind it as I think the sp is woefully undervalued. There was quite a big parcel sold (and bought) today. I hope half year shows EPS growth and that any acquisition will be EPS accretive - this is the key for a sustained (and overdue) outperformance in the SP.
