    IMC look to have boxed themselves into a corner by declaring bid final at 72c. Probably too low now given that iron ore has rallied so hard.

    So if the bid fails, company said they would revisit the selective buyback so lets hope that goes through.

    Most disappointed will be management who lose the buyout I suspect.
