Someone seems very interested in holding the price down. Almost every time someone has bought at the offer price, within seconds a small trade has gone through selling at the bid. Not very subtle about it either. I'm no expert but I get the feeling it is someone accumulating, hoping to get sellers to drop down to the bid and fill their orders sitting in the queue. Either that or someone wants to get rid of their shares 40K at a time.
