Len, I've always been of the opinion Phils last update on Linipacan (re delay) was buying him some extended time. An extra month or even two. Not weeks imo. And as others and Phil have hinted I think the delay may be to do with wanting to release to the market how they intend to go about extracting any resource. No use saying we have a reserves of X but we now have to work out how to go about it. Do them both at the same time. imo only of course
