I'll point out the obvious...When it comes to bad news NDO has a habit of delaying... Not saying this is case, but West linapcan delay is becoming a joke....
Has the auditor encountered some problems or revealed some issues with the reservoir?
Until this announcement is released I am feeling a bit skeptical again with NDO given their history..
