I think you hit the nail on the head, with it is now a "JOKE", I know that NDO has little to do with getting the report started it was up to the operator, but it was months ago that NDO announced that they were also getting an update on the field for themselves so they are driving that and still nothing. We have been told on at least 4 occasions that the report is expected within days and still nothing.

I actually remember that the operator did release some sort of result, which was withdrawn on the insistence of NDO, they must have got those numbers from somewhere, IMO its just another C....up and it would seem they are hiding something.
