When Linapacan cert was due for release in June.. NDO gave an update saying cert is well advanced... Then just over a month ago, nearing final stages of completion....
Those numbers on RMA website before being pulled... Where did they get those numbers.. They certainly did not appear out of thin air?
All I know is when something get delayed time and time again is can usually lead to bad news...
