good post oracle.
It will be very interesting to see how Phil handles this situation now with the Linipacan delay. I thought his update last month was good as he has now seemed to listen what shareholders want and he will be well aware of the frustration holders have now. Will he inform us of further delays or is it that close he doesn't need to, or will the old NDO raise it's ugly head? Interesting. All IMO only of course.
