ironjack i followed nen and it was delay after delay typhoons , bop's being replaced , the cost overruns were always going to be huge. tpt drilling no delays , no issues , cost will be at budget or less as only two intervals tested. as i said earlier company is extremely confident cash levels are as per quarterly report or slightly higher if contingent cash for over runs is not needed.
