They're already earning, but there won't be any increase in earnings till Bezzeca comes online (though that might be fairly quick once the approvals arrive, as they just need to run a pipeline to the Castello plant, which was sized to deal with Bezzecca as well and is underutilised anyway, since Castello production has declined).
Dividends are a long way off, I think.
