I must say I think your a little harsh on neil there.
I agre with him as I'd like to own 28% more shares than I do now. All we get for holding is a few bogus bonus options that acually cost us money to have and to keep. And they dilute our positions more than they actually hold for us. I'm also fed up with selling new shares off market. this really winds me up as it really is diluting the sp.
