3deg higher than average. theres a mass of warmer water in the Tasman which is a cause of much of the higher humidity and this circulating water system has caught or built an atmospheric high pressure system sucking up all that moisture and feeding it to Qld and N coast of NSW most of January.
but this ex-Kirrily is heading S and predicted to dump a lot of water over the inland NSW. honestly this is an absolute freak the way the system has survived inland. I just hope it doesn't bring tornadoes.
