7 October 14 when Mitsubishi's BOARD approved the $15Million USD LOAN to fund the stockpile processing plant. Also Mitsubishi key executives at the AGM. (5 years Plus 18 Months payback)

This Cemented the Mitsubishi funded independent due diligence.

18 Month payback gives an estimated free cash of $35 Million after 5 years. Suggested project capex is $45 Million to reopen the mine. ($15 plus $35 is $50.)

The $15 Million USD loan is Cornerstone platform.

CNQ's announcements  have made it very clear they are looking to fund the full project.

Since the 7 October announcement we have had the VML announcement which give an indication why the delay.
