- is referring to something different to what this statement is referring to:

"ECT will use the funds raised through the issue of the Convertible Notes for: ongoing feasibility
studies and design work for a demonstration plant."




And you think the difference is that before Tincom can contribute further to the Plant feasibility study, it first needs to get the Designs from us, which we are about to pay ARUP to get?
I understood that a design of sorts was available already:

Regarding the SPV and the fact that Tincom will put money into it (Victorian Coldry):

has signed a Coordination Agreement with Thang Long Investment and Commercial Joint Stock
Company (TinCom), which seals the deal on the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle
(SPV) to invest funds into a feasibility study for the construction of a Coldry plant licensed to
produce up to 100 million tonnes per annum of Coldry over the next five decades."
