I received a quicky reply from Kos and it went along the lines below;

"the minutes of board meetings and it's committees are not public documents, though shareholders meetings are, and are considered in Commercial Confidence.

Accordingly, I must apologetically advise that I am not able to send you these records as requested".

I am not up to speed if there is a way to obtain if possible, so any suggestions appreciated.

I know where some money has gone, as this was sent from Kos's Ipad, lol.....good for the frequent traveller....
