    I have a gut feeling you are right. Carl. Can you please find out what that 50% stake means. It is reasonable for Timcom to ask ECT to fund part of the FS to show ECT's confidence for the TECH and take some risk for the possible failure. On the other hand, ECT might need the FS result to attract other investors just in case Tincom falls off.
