Thank you tl, I posted this a while back and have been through it with a fine tooth comb. Looks to be very thorough and cover a great number of the concerns.
But in reality it is all very academic until we have a way to fund the development of the plant and it is not the 5 - 6M originally quoted to production. This large sum could very well be the reason that the 'extreme' interested parties have not put pen to paper.
Interested when it was at 6M, a little more nervous about loaning 30+M in an unstable market, arranging an offtake agreement and funding at this time would make picking out a good deal very difficult.
This study puts the cobalt price at 80K when it is my opinion they would be getting offers in the 40k to 50k range for a high risk project and as these metal brokers are not know for their charity - unwilling to fund it.
