If you look at the 'micro DT' Oct/Nov 06 sure it went whoosh all the way to a great SP. But if you look back further youll observe that DT was the last and third retest of the 18c resistance. What was different from the previous retests was OctNov retest had a small consolidation range prior to the overnight gap. A positive sign.
On reflection Im inclined to treat these examples as simple retests. For me confirmation of a micro DT is when a subsequent close falls below the low of an inner bar. In the current price action that would be a close below 25.5c
Correct me if Im wrong but I think were broadly in agreement on this.
