jack, this company is a dud and has always been one - management is appalling and the directors are a disgrace. How they get away with turning that final phase into a phase 11b and not informing shareholder is scandalous, if that is an accurate account. But, why are you surprised, this is just one of many, in a long line of misleading and deceptive statements - Shareholder should be contacting asic asap imho.
