I see a win win in a BioMax ARW Merger/Partnership etc.
The Smorgan Group have the Dollars & the template to advance ARW.
I am very hopeful the New Board will reverse the "Cash Drain" and the tunnel vision.
Asking Shareholders for more money without a detail turnaround plan is unacceptable.
The Rights issue in Feb 2008 issued 123Mil Shares @ $0.025 only 70 Mil taken up or 56%. Don't forget AMU was able to sell there entitlement.
