One of the Positives/Negatives of this forum is one tends to micro Manage.
ARW has a top quality product with all the environmental ticks proverbially about 12 Mths ahead of marketplace.
BioMax (Smorgan Group) have seen the light and are by passing the Oil Majors and are marketing direct.
The Majors like Woolworths & Coles control there suppliers and until we have Government mandates Biodiesal the Majors don’t need ARW. (Giving them Lip Service)
Clearly ARW need to adapt the BioMax template and market direct or face the inevitable.
I am hoping the two new Directors who are putting in $250K each will force ARW in a new direction. I feel the Marketing experiment (Financing infrastructure etc) of the last 6Mths has had no result. If you look at cash burn per month per appendix 4C the Sales are going backwards.
Clearly we need an aggressive direction & management change at ARW.
