Actually, Patersons involvement was minor (which is good) - they processed the paperwork and did all the legals and had a couple of clients allowed in. The vast majority of the $4.8m was managements friends, family and BTV's shareholders who hassled them continually to get in on the next placement even before they conceived of doing it. This is tight as it comes and I think we are going to see way higher prices as a result than the normal broker pump and dump in these types of stocks.
