Not sure if you got an answer, but I am off the opinion that you/we can do an off mrket trade to a different entity. Not sure how 'marriage' effects it but I thnk if it is a different HIN or SRN its clean. There is something about registering that transfer, it needs relisting to occur. last time I looked it ws aroung $50.00 brokerage, maybe a +% for larhger amounts.
Alternatively you can sell it to www.delisted.com.au, i assume they still offer the service for a fee slightly more than off market trades.

But Melen1oo's post this morning is interesting and thank you melen for bringing it to my attention, I am keen to see if it has some legs, plus some $ terms and dilution effect.
I would have thought XTC would be all to keen to shout it from roof, but cant be surprised by their inaction.
